What is your return and exchange policy?
If for any particular reason you are not satisfied with your order or need a size change, you can always return it within 14 days after delivery of the order; except for personalized or hand-painted items, for which we will not accept returns.
How do I return an item?
Items must be returned new, unused and unworn, with all tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging. Returns of items showing signs of use, damage or modifications (engravings, size adjustments, etc.) will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a quality control process before acceptance.
