Shipping, exchanges and returns


Both national and international shipments are free and have a delivery time of 3 to 7 business days for national shipments and 6 to 8 business days for international shipments, counting from the date the order leaves our facilities; However, for a small price there is the possibility of choosing our express delivery, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days for national shipments and 2 to 3 working days for international shipments, counting from the date the order leaves our facilities.

If there is no one at the address when the courier is to make the delivery, they will try to deliver it one more time in the following business days. In the case of absence in the delivery address, the package will be returned to the sender and the forwarding will be at the expense of the recipient.

Exchanges and returns

If for any particular reason you are not satisfied with your order or need a size change, you can always return it within 14 days of delivery of the order.

Returns must be sent in the same state in which they are received. Inside the original packaging and attaching the order number. We will not accept any returns or exchanges on personalized items, promotional items or items purchased on sale.
